Ecological data
- As part of specific ecological studies, we had been collecting data on a variety of ecosystem processes, such as leaf litter decomposition, microbial respiration, and invertebrate and fish diversity.
- Our ecological data can be found in our community in Zenodo.org. Recent data is available upon request.
Long-term data repository
- Our stream chemistry data is deposited in the databases of the Luquillo LTER program in Puerto Rico for long-term storage and access.
- Our ecological data, meeting presentations, and student theses are deposited in Zenodo.org.
- Copies of publications, recent data, and data that are in the process of publication is available upon request. Please contact us for further information (alonso.ramirez at ncsu.edu).
